How we build it
People decide
Scores come with quoted evidence and support a person's decision. The team that runs the interview decides what happens next.
Private by design
Intaviu never receives camera pictures or recordings of anyone's voice, only the text of what was said.
Fair questions
The interviewer is instructed never to ask about age, religion, ethnicity or tribe, state of origin, marital status, pregnancy, health or disability.
Within reach
Interviews run in a browser on a phone or computer with nothing to install, with a lighter voice download to save data, or in the app for macOS, Windows and Linux.
Built in Lagos, for Nigeria first
Intaviu is based in Lagos. Prices are in naira and include VAT, closing times start in West Africa Time, payments go through Paystack, and interviews can be limited to particular Nigerian states.
