How do credits work?
Interviews and practice runs are paid by the minute of conversation: 10 credits a minute as audio, and 120 a minute with the video presenter. Every plan includes credits each month, and unused ones don't carry over. Credits you buy last 12 months and are used after the month's included ones.
How does practice use credits?
Practice uses 10 credits a minute of conversation, so a 15-minute run uses about 160. Paused time doesn't count, part minutes round up, and a run uses at least a minute once it starts, even if you don't speak.
Which plans include practice insights?
Plus, Pro and Premium. After every practice run you see your overall score, a score for each area with quotes from your answers, what worked, what to work on and a tip for each area. On Free you take practice runs and keep their transcripts. Moving to a paid plan unlocks the insights for your earlier runs too.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for the year at once, at the price of 10 months, so 2 months are free. Your plan's credits still arrive every month, and the plan renews each year until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Change or cancel your plan whenever. You keep it until the end of the period you paid for, then a team moves to Starter and a candidate to Free. Credits you bought stay until they expire.
How do I pay?
In naira, with VAT included, through Paystack: plans by card, and credits by card, bank transfer or USSD. For invoicing, talk to sales about Enterprise.
Audio or video interviews?
Audio interviews show the interviewer's photo with their voice, at 10 credits a minute. Video interviews add a lifelike presenter who speaks on camera, at 120 credits a minute, on Growth and Scale. Choose per interview.
What happens when a team's credits run out?
Bought credits take over, if you have some. Without them, new candidates can start again when the month resets. A video interview starts only when the credits cover all of it; otherwise it runs as audio. An interview already under way always finishes.
Is candidate data private?
Yes. Nothing is recorded, and the candidate's video never leaves their device. Only the text transcript and its evaluation reach your private workspace. In a video interview, the interviewer's own voice is sent to our video provider to animate the presenter.
How does scoring work?
Answers are graded against the rubric you set, with the transcript evidence attached to every score.
What are Pro practice interviews?
Practice interviews marked with the blue diamond. They come with the Pro and Premium plans. Free and Plus include every standard practice interview.
How do I get the blue badge?
It comes with Premium once your account is 30 days old and your profile has your full name, photo, headline and city. Interview creators see it while every requirement holds, and it goes the moment one doesn't. After a name change, it comes back 7 days later.
How does a team get a verified badge?
Teams on Scale and Enterprise can request the gold badge (businesses and NGOs) or the grey one (government bodies, public universities and schools, and multilateral organisations) once the workspace is 30 days old, with a work email on the organisation's website domain. Intaviu reviews every request.
