The blue badge for candidates
Nobody needs to apply. The badge shows while all of these are true, and disappears as soon as one isn't. Profile lists each requirement and what is still missing.
- The Premium plan
- A confirmed email address
- A complete profile: full name, photo, headline and city
- An account at least 30 days old
- No change to your name in the last 7 days
- No active strikes
About strikes
An interview creator can report a strike only for an interview you took with them, for example for answering with AI or someone else's help. You're emailed and can appeal within 14 days. A strike stops counting after 12 months, and on a paid plan you can clear one with credits once it is 14 days old.
Gold and grey badges for organisations
Request the badge in Settings, under Workspace, and Intaviu reviews the request. Gold is for businesses and NGOs; grey is for government bodies, public universities and schools, and multilateral organisations. The badge shows while the workspace stays on a plan that includes it.
- The Scale or Enterprise plan
- The organisation's name and logo on the workspace
- The organisation's website
- A work email on the website's domain, not Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or similar
- A registration number, such as a CAC RC or BN number
- A workspace at least 30 days old
- Approval after Intaviu's review
