About the role
This interview tests whether you can run the hotel as one business rather than a collection of departments. The panel is looking for commercial judgement, reliable operations, strong leadership and a clear grip on the guest experience.
How to prepare

- Be ready to explain your management rhythm for forecasts, daily briefings, quality checks and owner reporting.
- Prepare a clear view of how you would protect standards while controlling avoidable costs.
