About the role

This interview covers the day-to-day leadership of pharmaceutical registrations and product lifecycle compliance in Nigeria. The panel will test how you review dossiers, interpret current NAFDAC requirements, manage regulatory queries and coordinate evidence from technical and commercial teams.

How to prepare

  1. Review the structure and quality checks you use for a medicine registration dossier.
  2. Check current official NAFDAC guidance for registrations, renewals, variations, labelling and promotional controls.
  3. Prepare an example of resolving inconsistent scientific or manufacturing information before submission.
  4. Practise explaining how you assess the regulatory impact of a manufacturing, formulation or labelling change.
  5. Prepare an example of responding to difficult authority questions under a tight deadline.
  6. Review how you track approvals, commitments, renewals and submitted versions across a portfolio.

Common mistakes

  • Relying on remembered requirements instead of checking current official guidance.
  • Treating submission speed as more important than dossier consistency and traceability.
  • Promising an approval date that the applicant cannot control.
  • Discussing regulator contact without explaining preparation, evidence and documented follow-up.
