About the role
This interview assesses leadership of the technical disciplines that turn an orebody into executable mine plans. The panel is looking for sound assumptions, disciplined reconciliation and recommendations that account for safety, production and value. You should show how you create constructive challenge between geology, planning, survey, geotechnical and operating teams.
