About the role
This interview examines how you connect business processes with ERP delivery, including requirements, configuration, integrations, data and adoption. The panel is looking for someone who can challenge weak requirements, control implementation risks and communicate credibly with both functional users and technical teams.
How to prepare

- Prepare a configuration decision where you balanced a genuine need against the cost of customisation.
- Review your approach to migration mapping, cleansing, reconciliation and sign-off.
- Be ready to describe a defect that crossed functional and technical boundaries.
- Prepare an example of helping reluctant users adopt a changed process.
Common mistakes
- Naming ERP modules without showing how a business process flows through them.
- Agreeing to customisation before testing the underlying requirement.
- Discussing migration as a technical upload rather than a controlled business reconciliation.
