About the role
This interview examines counselling practice, safeguarding judgement, confidentiality and leadership of pupil wellbeing in a school. The panel wants a calm practitioner who knows when to listen, when to refer and how to work with families and staff without losing the pupil's trust.
How to prepare

- Think through the boundary between counselling, school discipline and specialist referral.
- Prepare an example of working with a concerned or resistant parent.
