About the role
This internship supports account teams with meeting notes, research, schedules, assets and client updates. You are not expected to have managed a major account, but you should show care, curiosity and reliable follow-through. The panel is looking for someone who understands basic campaign work and can learn without losing track of detail.
How to prepare
- Learn the purpose of a creative brief, contact report, status sheet and campaign timeline.
- Prepare an example of organising a school, volunteer or personal project with several tasks.
- Practise writing a short meeting summary with decisions, owners and due dates.
- Review an advertising campaign and identify its likely audience, message and call to action.
- Think of a useful question to ask when instructions are incomplete.
Common mistakes
- Pretending to understand a brief instead of asking a precise question.
- Treating note-taking and file management as unimportant administrative work.
- Sending updates without checking names, dates or agreed actions.
- Giving examples that never explain your own contribution.
