About the role
This is an executive legal interview for an energy business with capital-intensive projects, demanding counterparties and close regulatory oversight. The panel wants to see how you combine energy law, contracts and dispute strategy with practical advice for investment and operations. It will also test how you lead internal lawyers and use external counsel.
How to prepare

- Review your approach to force majeure, change in law, indemnities, liability and termination rights.
